Policies

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• Less than 24 hours' notice of cancellation or appointment modification will result in the full cost of the service being charged, with no refund given.

• Arriving 15 minutes or later to your appointment will lead to forfeiture of the appointment and no refund will be provided.

• It is the client's responsibility to keep track of their appointments once booked, and failure to show up will result in no refund.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• We appreciate your understanding of these policies, which are in place to ensure the smooth operation of our small business.

Booking Policy:

• To make an appointment, you will be required to pay a deposit of 50% or the full cost of the treatment upfront, either in person or over the phone.

• We understand that appointments may need to be changed or cancelled. As a standard practice, we allow appointments to be changed with at least 24 hours' notice prior to the booked time slot.

• No refund will be given without at least 24 hours' notice.

• Late cancellations and no-shows can disrupt our conscientious and timely service, so please provide as much notice as possible.

Late Arrival Policy:

• We understand that there may be circumstances that cause you to be late for your appointment.

• If you know you will be late, please let us know as soon as possible.

• We will do our best to provide the full treatment time you have paid for, but please note that your treatment time is limited by subsequent appointments.

• If you do not inform us at least 24 hours in advance that you will be late, no changes will be made to your appointment, and no refund will be given.

Professional Conduct Policy:

• Our therapists will respect your needs and boundaries and are happy to adjust pressure, music volume, or focus on specific areas, upon request.

• Please inform our therapist at any time during your treatment if you feel any discomfort or are uncomfortable with anything. Our goal is to ensure that you feel relaxed and comfortable.

• We maintain strict professional boundaries and will not tolerate any sexual requests. Clients who make such requests will be asked to leave immediately and may be reported to the authorities for harassment.

• The breast and genital areas will not be massaged under any circumstances. A professional distance will be maintained from these areas at all times.

• Any conversations you have with us or our therapists are completely confidential.

• To avoid any uncomfortable situations, we will avoid discussing topics of a political, private, or sexual nature during your treatment.
